Our software includes online help including tutorials there is also support by phone, email or website to help customers start using our software. Our website includes blogs, knowledge based articles and webinar videos. Under normal circumstances we provide training at our offices or the customer locations. Currently training is exclusively online.

We would not usually host users data. Data supplied as part of a support inquiry is held in compliance with GDPR standards.
End-of-contract process
The contract would normally include access to the support team and the customer portal. Also any software updates are included. There would be additional cost for in person training or access to certain online automated courses. At the end of the subscription, renewal can be done easily or can be terminated.
