How the planning service works
TSG work collaboratively with clients to ensure we deliver project success. Once a project has successfully been awarded we will work with the customer to initiate a project kick off meeting. We may use a dedicated Project Manager or a more Agile delivery method dependant on individual requirements. Our Project management comprises six key phases: Pre-Project, Kick off, Design, Readiness, Delivery & Go-Live with various QA checks built in. MS Licenses are purchased at the correct timeline in the project and TSG support lined up to commence at go-live.

How the training service works
TSG provide full training for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV to cover both new and existing solutions.

Training can be delivered to ‘Super Users’ to disseminate internally in a train the trainer approach, alternatively we can train groups of staff and tailor sessions to their role/use of the solution.

Fully trained, experienced consultants deliver this training on site at clients premises or on request (if appropriate) at TSG offices. We can also deliver Training remotely via MS Teams and recorded for re-use.

TSG have a MCT Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Support levels
TSG provide System Care support for Business Central & NAV. Contracts are built on an agreed number of tickets per annum on either a 12 month or 36 month contract.

These tickets can be used on the support desk to cover telephone, remote support and Consultancy as a service (CAAS) can be added and used for on-site consultancy where required.
