We are a digital-first company. Our mission is to create world-class online skills education using innovative technologies and learning design methodologies that ensure our learners have the same or superior learning experiences online, without the need to travel to different locations to engage in learning, and to make skills education available all over the world.

Our team all work remotely, thereby reducing the necessity for transportation.
If there is a necessity for work related travel we encourage and financially support the use of public transport.
In setting up our workspaces, we support our team in seeking ways to reduce resources, energy use and waste.
We prioritise the use of local suppliers and purchase refurbished or recycled technology and other products.
We operate on an almost completely paperless basis, favouring online tools and resources.

Tackling economic inequality

We have a range of introductory courses that we make available to undergraduate students from economically disadvantaged regions. So far, in excess of 10,000 students have completed these courses.
