To enable us to be able to effectively manage your batch, our comprehensive onboarding process allows us to integrate to your Workload Automation environment; learn your batch, services and their importance; and set-up service management processes, security & access. This process normally takes 0n average: 6-8 Weeks Duration Usually as an additional charge, we will include Batch Optimisation and SLA Management Implementation as part of the onboarding fee. Onboarding high level: Comprising VPN Setup and Testing Creation of Ortom8 instances in AWS environment specific for the client Analysis of current, legacy, job definitions and dependencies - Workload Automation Conversion and migration of clients legacy Workload into Ortom8 Optimization of Workload to improve performance Testing and quality assurance Go-Live Early life support / Hypercare for agreed period These are costed as ‘Time and Materials’, due to the nature of each client engagement, level of complexity of legacy to be migrated; level of optimization or workloads, etc.

When we start the Ortom8 Workload Automation Managed Service, we use a 5-step process from migration to implementation with high security and availability designed in from the start to protect your integrity. Critical to this is the analysis and playback phase to ensure that what is going to be managed is scoped, agreed, defined and supportable. We can either directly manage or work alongside your existing IT Operations teams to ensure that the proposed managed service solution meets your technical and business requirements.
