- Matter of Focus will discuss with organisations using OutNav who are coming to the end of their contract and not wishing to renew their subscription, how best to extract their data, including any of their own files and images, in a suitable format and will return this securely to them.
- End-of-contract process
- Once all of the data has been extracted from OutNav and returned securely to the client, access to OutNav will then be removed. Matter of Focus will archive this data for a 30 day grace period before deleting indefinitely.
