This service is purely consultancy and discovery, no changes, implementation, integration etc. are included in this service.
It is incumbent on the Buyer to fact check the documentation during the review, as any details we have been provided with that are incorrect will affect the outcome.

Each Identity Maturity Assessment will be carried out by an account manager (who will project manage) and a highly experience identity expert (level 5 SFIA or above).
There is a 2-week hyper-care period after delivery, where the customer can seek clarification on anything in the report. This is provided for free.
