Service scope

Service constraints
The service covers audit and advisory remediation support only. Code changes and implementation remain the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Findings reflect the service state at the time of testing. Delivery depends on access to relevant environments, content and stakeholders. Audits are typically conducted remotely and do not replace formal legal assurance or certification processes.

Support levels
Spindogs provides a tiered support service designed to ensure continuity, rapid resolution and peace of mind. All clients benefit from access to our dedicated Helpdesk, available during UK business hours, with 24/7 monitoring in place for hosting environments. Support requests are triaged into three categories: Critical, Priority and Support, with response times aligned to clear SLAs (for example, Critical within 1 working hour, resolution in 2 where possible). Support pricing is tailored to the specific needs of each client. We offer flexible monthly support contracts or pay-as-you-go options, with rates typically starting from £90 per hour. Every client is assigned a named Technical Account Manager, supported by our in-house Client Support Team and platform specialists. This ensures a consistent point of contact and joined-up issue resolution across CMS, infrastructure and integration layers. Our support service covers the full digital lifecycle, including CMS updates, hosting, monitoring, performance optimisation and small-scale enhancements. Clients benefit from a responsive service underpinned by proven processes and an experienced team.
