From technical migrations to change management, training and consulting, we are dedicated to supporting you and your teams to achieve your best with Workspace.

We will start by creating your Google Workspace environment, which includes the below activities:
• Authenticating domains for use
• Creating all user accounts, group addresses and Organisational Units
• Creating the Shared Drive structure and applying relevant permissions
• Delivering our Security Review & Audit service to optimise the environment for your organisation

We will then begin the migration phase which involves copying all of your organisational data from existing sources, into Google Workspace.
• As this data is being copied, it means users can continue working as usual, uninterrupted, while we work in the background.
• As we approach the switchover, we run additional ‘delta-migrations’ to catch the new or updated data, ensuring that users can continue exactly where they left off.
