- With extensive experience of planning the testing of large-scale Cloud implementations 2i will apply proven planning techniques to ensure a controlled and safe delivery. We appreciate that increased levels of change impact both technology, and end users and we ensure that the planning process encompasses all impacted parties, from the earliest stage, to smooth the implementation. We work alongside the business, on-site wherever possible, to fully understand the impact of change, and plan accordingly - using our expertise to avoid pitfalls that can happen when elements get missed. We use a risk based approach to ensure all decisions are made in a constructive manner and are auditable and reviewed, especially when dependencies change downstream. We strive to maintain a holistic view of the goals and strategy of the clients we serve and keep those on track at all times. We are very familiar and experienced with working with multiple third party suppliers in a testing capacity. We particularly focus on complex integrations and the added complexity needing to be considered in those scenarios.

- 2i Consultants can be engaged, on a scalable basis, to assist in the migration of Cloud services. As the company started out as a traditional test consultancy we have a focus on building a risk-based testing approach into all migrations, from the very outset of the planning phase. We have both managed and tested multiple migrations of business critical systems, in both Public and Private sector. At the outset of an engagement our test consultants work alongside the client to size the scale of the change and tailor a custom approach, based on risk factors, budget, available timeline, business criticality etc. We ensure all stakeholders are brought on-line and we communicate openly and widely to ensure the delivery operates in an environment of 'no surprises' and we insist that all third party suppliers we are required to interact with are engaged and supportive of the approach. Using tried and tested methods we are able to de-risk and manage migrations in an effective and efficient manner.

We are able to build high-performing teams to supplement existing teams at times of high volumes of change, due to our ability to quickly scale-up with test experts; or can provide a dedicated test team to manage the end-to-end test function covering all role profiles. Our focus is to deliver a robust test service, but also to work in partnership with our client, to ensure we achieve a greater understanding of the products and services being implemented. - Telephone/email - dedicated numbers are provided per engagement. Our UK based teams will usually work on customer sites and provide on site support as standard. Each client will be allocated a named Service Delivery Manager as their next point of contact. Each customer also has direct access to their Account Manager. Basic support is 9 to 5 on working days. Additional support can be provided at the request of the customer, at an additional charge. Escalation will be via a named escalation matrix, per engagement and will respond within 3 hours.
