CIO-OFFICE Alpha service ensures opportunities and issues generated in Discovery are Alpha prototyped, iterated and tested to shape digital service through learning and assessment before progressing to Beta. In Alpha we create and test prototypes with stakeholders and real users to inform the design of the service.
