Training
- Training service provided
- Yes
- How the training service works
- Training will ensure minimal disruption to the end users services. This will be highly nuanced and specific for each application or service as each have their own unique requirements. Typically, we will take an iterative approach as opposed to a big bang approach. This is to ensure issues are small and that they will impact fewer end user clients. Austin Elliot have extensively engaged in Developer Experience (DevEx) Dev Ops, CICD pipelines and time is spent on educating system engineers and system architects on the target architecture and how their applications need to integrate. We use extensive training packages working with our industry partners to do this. In the past we have used a staged approach, depending on the architecture. We would usually move the application up the infrastructure stack from IAAS -> PAAS -> FAAS. Enabling a growth in cloud maturity.
