Receive scheduled onsite visits from our engineers, who work with your technology estate to prevent issues before they occur. With this module we will visit organisations with scheduled visits (weekly, fortnightly or monthly), so we can carry out pro-active maintenance or complete support tickets which cannot be done remotely. This typically helps institutions who have infrastructure at on-site, such as servers, firewalls or networks. We will appoint a suitable lead Technician for these visits to assist with continuity and knowledge of your organisation and site(s).

Overall management of the Wi-Fi Config setup both hardware and software wise. This includes regular updates in the various software dashboards as well as day to day troubleshooting of potential network issues (Slow speeds etc). Everyday issues such as applications crashing, device slowness or software error reports can occur when you least want them to. Our excellent support team will be ready to investigate the issue with yourself to a satisfactory conclusion on both Mac and Windows OS.

We have initiated the transition of our company vehicles to fully electric models. Presently, 23% of our entire fleet is fully electric (with this number steadily growing), with a further 23% being hybrid vehicles. Multiple charging points have been installed at our company HQ to support this transition.
