There is one main level of support covering our product and service. This primary support involves remote contact via telephone/email/MS teams/zoom, and so forth. Although it is unlikely to be needed, we are able to provide onsite support. Onsite support would be separately costed.

Getting started
We provide our clients with a remote face-to-face onboarding experience. Clients are provided with full documentation for onboarding proposes. This includes introductions, training manuals, data requests and other relevant documentation.

End-of-contract data extraction
Data extraction should not be required, however on request we will provide data extraction via a mutually agreed method that is suitable for both parties and secure.
End-of-contract process
There are no additional fees payable at the end of the contract. Offboarding will initially commence on the final day of the contract by locking the client out of the system followed by the fulfilment of contractual terms regarding data retention and deletion by Viridian.

We use a robust organisational structure that prevents users from seeing objects they shouldn't. Based on the User Token ID, which prevents the user from accessing information outside of their access rights using MD5 encryption, a user will only be able to access authorised pages/reports/information.
