We believe the approach taken to work, how work is designed and distributed is fundamental to promoting a culture of wellbeing. With mentoring, feedback and peer support, we ensure team members can determine whether they are ‘getting it right’ and can be anchored to project outcomes.

We work openly, objectives and deliverables clearly defined within statements of work and team plans. Shared kanban boards and scrum backlogs allow work to be divided into manageable tasks, with team visibility. Sprint and agile ceremonies are used (daily standups, show and tells, sprint reviews)for regular communication, clarity on actions, giving opportunities to raise obstacles, niggles and concerns and manage risks
