- The team helps buyers migrate to the cloud by developing context specific and agreed roadmaps and plans using optimised delivery methodologies (including but not limited to Agile, DevOps, Waterfall) according to the capabilities of the business. We help identify clear owners of high level objectives and milestones and support the design of the digital governance to support delivery. We work to identify and communicate with key stakeholders in the technology and business teams. We identify three key phases to activity. Pre-migration, setting the conditions for success, migration or cut-over, implementing the transformation and post-migration, lesson capture, knowledge transfer and exit planning.
