- At service commencement we will perform a Well Architected Review of your designated workload to understand your desired Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO), how your workload or application works and how it is currently recovered ensure that it can be recovered in the RTO and RPO timeframes. Once the review is complete, we will present our findings and discuss next steps with you.

We will construct the DR playbook, which is a document that identifies:
The workload architecture; The RPO and RTO for the workload; The necessary actions and their order of sequence; Who needs to be involved for each action from both SCC and the customer; The definition of a successful recovery

On a bi-annual basis, not starting sooner than six months from the service commencement date we will perform a DR test in conjunction with you at a time and date agreed by both parties, following the DR playbook.
During the DR test we will record the time each step in the DR playbook takes to complete, issues encountered, remediation necessary to counter issues arisen, and any follow-on actions.
