The preventative component comprises periodic maintenance, monthly reporting, and continuous infrastructure improvement to optimise performance, reliability, and security. In the event of issues or problems, our support procedure follows a structured approach: (1) we verify the issue and escalate it to Google support team for further analysis and resolution. (2) we communicate the proposed solution to you, working collaboratively to restore any service disruptions or data loss with the assistance of engineers assigned to your project. (3) we provide a detailed closeout report outlining the actions taken to address the issue. Our goal is to ensure smooth operations, minimise downtime, and maximise the value of your Google Cloud investment through proactive support and rapid issue resolution.
