Scaling
- Independence of resources
-
Unify is deployed as dedicated infrastructure within each client's own Azure tenant. There is no shared infrastructure between clients.
Each deployment includes:
- Dedicated App Service Plan
- Dedicated Function Apps
- Dedicated databases (PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, or Snowflake)
- Dedicated storage accounts
- Dedicated Key Vault and monitoring resources
Because clients do not share any compute, storage, or database resources, demand from one client cannot affect another. Each client's infrastructure scales independently based on their own Azure subscription limits and chosen resource tiers.
This architecture eliminates noisy neighbour concerns entirely - there are no neighbours.

Vizify Analytics follows a comprehensive set of information security policies and processes aligned to ISO/IEC 27001, under which we are fully certified. Our Information Security Management System (ISMS) provides a structured framework for identifying, managing, and reducing information security risks across all Unify SaaS services.
Key policies include Information Security, Risk Management, Access Control, Data Classification and Handling, Incident Management, Business Continuity, Supplier Security, and Secure Development. These policies are reviewed regularly and approved by senior management.
We operate a risk-based approach to security, with formal risk assessments conducted at least annually and upon material change. Controls are selected and implemented in line with ISO 27001 Annex A and are independently audited.
Access to systems and data is governed by the principle of least privilege, enforced through role-based access control and strong authentication, typically integrated with client identity providers (for example, Azure Entra ID). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
Security incidents are managed through a documented incident response process, including investigation, remediation, customer communication where required, and post-incident review. Staff receive regular security awareness training to ensure ongoing compliance and security maturity. - Software Security Code of Practice
