- Signature Services are primarily delivered remotely, with any on-site activity subject to availability and additional expenses. The service is sold as a fixed, all-inclusive annual subscription and cannot be broken into individual components. Outcome services are consumed using included Qlik Credits, which expire annually if unused. Signature Services do not include Qlik software licenses or customer infrastructure and rely on customer-provided access, resources, and supported environments.

Qlik provides two Signature support levels: Signature Success and Signature Elite. Both are premium, all-inclusive professional services subscriptions designed to support customers throughout the lifecycle of their Qlik deployments.
Signature Success provides proactive customer success management, technical advocacy, Advanced Support, and a pool of Qlik Credits for outcome-based consulting and training. It is priced as a fixed annual subscription, with regional pricing equivalents available.
Signature Elite includes all capabilities of Signature Success but at greater scale and depth. It provides a significantly larger allocation of Qlik Credits and includes access to strategic advisory services focused on enterprise data, analytics, AI, and governance. Signature Elite is priced as a fixed annual subscription, with regional pricing equivalents.
Both support levels include a named Customer Success Manager, who acts as the primary strategic point of contact, and a named Customer Success Engineer, who provides proactive technical guidance and advocacy. Advanced Support is included in both tiers, delivering 24x7 coverage for critical issues with accelerated response times. No additional cloud support engineer or technical account manager needs to be purchased separately.
