Fighting climate change

The majority of our work is digital so our paper use is minimal. Any paper/materials used are recycled where possible. We as a company work remotely so we do not need to use personal or public transport in order to commute to and from work which contribute to climate change.

Covid-19 recovery

We continued to provide quality recruitment services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure that individuals who became unemployed through the pandemic could return to the workforce quickly and effectively. Adapted to new ways of working (remote delivery) and utilised these opportunities to ensure the continuation of the workforce. We closely followed government guidelines to ensure the safety of staff and those in the local community. We understood that staying at home and isolating can have a detrimental effect on peoples’ Mental Health and Wellbeing. We offered to hold video conversations with anyone wanting to discuss their future market prospects, upskilling opportunities, making positive use of their down-time to enhance their future job prospects or training/self-development options.

We have implemented the approach of providing visibility and accessibility of high paying job opportunities, through a host of various networks and channels to help tackle economic inequality and social mobility UK wide.
