Service scope
- Service constraints
- Our service is delivered remotely; on-site presence is by separate agreement. Support is provided during contracted service hours, with out-of-hours cover agreed in advance. Service performance depends on buyer network connectivity, device availability and access to required NHS systems. Clinical responsibility for patient care remains with the buyer’s clinical teams. Integrations and new pathways are constrained by local information-governance approvals and technical interfaces.

Buyer environments (e.g., Buyer networks, devices/endpoints, local configurations, user-managed access, and internal processes).
Third-party services/suppliers used as part of delivery (each supplier is responsible for their own controls/certifications). This includes providers such as AWS (hosting), Snowflake (data warehouse), Datadog (monitoring/logs), MessageBird/AQL (SMS), and other sub-processors where applicable.

Where third parties are used, Inhealthcare manages risk through supplier assurance and contractual/operational controls, but the ISO 27001 certificate itself applies to Inhealthcare’s ISMS rather than certifying each third-party’s environment. - ISO 28000:2022 certification
