As part of your Cyber Assurance engagement, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager, who will act as your primary strategic point of contact throughout the programme. They will ensure that our approach aligns with your organisational security objectives, governance expectations, and assurance requirements, while maintaining clear communication and oversight across all activities.
Your Account Manager will appoint an experienced Project Manager to coordinate all delivery elements. This includes scheduling assessments and workshops, managing documentation and evidence requests, tracking progress against agreed timelines, and ensuring that each stage of the Cyber Assurance process is delivered in a structured, transparent, and efficient manner.
To lead the technical and assurance‑focused components of the engagement, we will allocate a specialist Cyber Assurance Consultant. With expertise across security governance, risk management, control assessment, compliance mapping, and assurance reporting, the consultant will work closely with your teams to evaluate current capabilities, identify gaps, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to strengthen your overall security posture.
This tiered support model—strategic oversight from your Account Manager, disciplined coordination from your Project Manager, and expert assessment and guidance from a skilled Cyber Assurance Consultant—ensures a comprehensive, high‑quality approach to achieving and maintaining robust cyber assurance across your organisation.
