How the planning service works
Evoke recommends the Pega Express methodology for the delivery of Pega Projects/Solutions. The Pega Express methodology is made up for 4 phases; Discover, Prepare, Build & Adopt. Two of these phases are part of the planning for Evoke’s Pega Service offerings.

In the Discover phase, Evoke works with the customer team using design thinking techniques to clarify the desired outcomes. We work together to define an appropriate Minimum Lovable Product (MLP) and get ready to begin the project. Activities during Discover include:

• Define your Microjourneys and your MLP
• Capture the key building blocks (Microjourneys, Personas/channels, Data and integrations)
• Estimate and size your project
• Create Day 1 Live Plan
• Get ready to start the project

Following Discover, we move into the Prepare Phase, during which the team designs a solution and creates a product backlog using Scrum best practices. You also establish governance and enable the team. Finally, a plan with appropriate risks and dependencies will be finalised for the subsequent Build and Adopt phases.

How the support service works
Evoke works with customers to agree a support model that can provide a cost effective model to meet their needs. This can range from providing a number of hours in a month to providing 24 * 7 support.

Evokes support can deliver L1, L2 and L3 support with coverage hours as per the business needs. The support service also covers deployment, release management, platform upgrades, hotfix deployment etc.

We agree SLAs as part of the service and this is specified in a support contract.
