We work closely with our clients throughout the project and service lifecycle to fully understand their training needs and build a customised approach to ensure your transition to cloud services is successful. Training methods include:

• Training: on-site one-to-one coaching, facilitated group training sessions, video tutorials, training documentation and video conference training sessions.
• Mentoring: support and knowledge transfer is provided directly to in-house staff and/or other suppliers as part of the day-to-day working with our service teams.
• Shadowing: this involves part or full time support to one or more client individual, specifically supporting them in handling their day to day activities, and providing real time support and assistance with new roles and new responsibilities.
• Informal training sessions - Dynabytes: an effective way of having short sharp sessions (often 30 minutes) on relevant topics that will assist staff on better ways of working, new ideas etc. They can be delivered at lunchtime or at the end of the day as appropriate and practical.

•support ServiceNow’s Prince’s Trust-sponsored NextGen programme and were involved at its inception, providing input for course structure/content focussed on the development of digital skills targeting excluded/disadvantaged groups/youth/women returning-to-work/Veterans/Refugees. Providing part-time government-funded digital degree courses; support/training to achieve ITIL/ServiceNow industry-recognised qualifications; apprenticeships targeted in areas ranked highest in the Index of Multiple Deprivation.
•partner with Birmingham’s School of Code, helping create opportunities for disadvantaged young people; SFIA Levels 1&2 DevOps (all backgrounds, ages, often re-training from other sectors).
