As an Elite ServiceNow partner, Wrangu aligns to ServiceNow’s best practice and follows the Now Create methodology.
The Now Create methodology is a prescriptive guide curated from ServiceNow’s most successful engagements. The Now Create methodology includes sequential project phases with Exit Gates as the foundation for ServiceNow projects. There are five project phases applied across all ServiceNow projects:
Initiate: Understand the business objectives; establish program governance; establish the project team; formally kick-off the project.
Plan: Conduct process, platform, and integration workshops; define, review, and prioritize the product backlog; release planning; finalize the project timeline; document the test strategy; setup the environment.
Execute: Run agile scrum cycles; define support processes and hyper care approach; execute communications and awareness roadshows; plan for system and user acceptance testing.
Deliver: System testing and user acceptance testing; go-live planning; operational readiness; training; go-live.
Close: Operational handover; hyper care support; lessons learned; measure value and champion success; formally close the project - Planning service works with specific services

Wrangu will Unit Test each developed story in the development instance/environment. Wrangu will check for errors and unexpected behaviour, ensure the highest development standard and quality, and verify that the solution configured meets your requirements as captured in the story.
Following successful Unit Testing for all stories in a Sprint, Wrangu will demonstrate the developed functionality during a Sprint Review, and then promote the configuration to a testing / staging environment for testing by the Product and/or customer leads.
In advance of the release, Wrangu recommend that customers conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that the required functionality has been delivered or identify any defects that need to be corrected.
Once UAT is passed and signed off by the customer, the release can be approved and promoted to the production instance/environment by the customer Platform Team via the agreed customer release and/or change processes.

Fighting climate change
Wrangu is committed to operating in a manner that has minimal impact on our planet. We predominately work from home, meaning less travel for commuting and less energy used in a centralised office. When we do travel, we do not use business/first-class travel meaning our carbon footprint is as minimal as possible.
Wrangu does not encourage the use of personal cars and does not provide company cars. Wherever possible, Wrangu colleagues will use public transport to travel. Flying is limited to only necessary trips and if other forms of transport are available, such as trains, Wrangu employees will use these.
Wrangu provides energy-efficient equipment and we operate a paperless policy, again reducing our reliance on resources.
We are passionate about the planet, and we strive to make decisions that minimise our harm to it.Tackling economic inequality
Wrangu is committed to tackling economic inequality. Many of the highly skilled people at Wrangu have benefitted from the industry-leading training paths that Wrangu and ServiceNow offer. Wrangu is part of ServiceNow's NextGen program. The program focuses on racial equity, gender equity and ending generational poverty through a succinct portfolio of free workforce development learning programs - designed to accelerate career readiness. With both virtual
instructor-led training and OnDemand learning built around applicable real-world experience, plus access to a professional mentor. Through coaching, training and real-life project experience Wrangu has supported consultants into a new career.
Wrangu offers employees the opportunity to work from home, unless on client site, therefore removing the geographical barrier to highly skilled work.Equal opportunity
We are committed to providing equal opportunities in employment and to avoiding unlawful discrimination in employment and against customers.
Striving to ensure that the work environment is free of harassment and bullying and that everyone is treated with dignity and respect, is an important aspect of ensuring equal opportunities in employment.
An effectively implemented Equal Opportunities Policy will help us to:
• Provide an environment conducive to the promotion of fair and equal opportunities to all employees
• Ensure fair treatment for all job applicants and existing employees
• Ensure fair treatment for all others with whom we have contact e.g., contractors and customers
• Make the best possible use of our existing and potential workforce
• Improve employment practices and staff morale
• Attract, develop, and retain the good quality employees who are essential for achievement of our business objectives
We believe that it is in everyone’s best interests to ensure that the experience, talents, and skills available throughout Wrangu are considered when employment or development opportunities arise.
Wrangu operates as a meritocracy and everyone has a fair chance to succeed. We are a supportive organisation that assists all colleagues to achieve there very best.
