Support availability:
Services are delivered during UK business hours (09:00–17:30, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Extended hours support can be agreed where required.

Response and resolution:
Amodal operates defined response targets based on issue severity:

Critical issues impacting service continuity are acknowledged within 4 business hours.

High-priority issues affecting delivery milestones are acknowledged within 1 business day.

Standard service requests and queries are acknowledged within 2 business days.
Resolution times are agreed at service commencement and proportionate to scope.

Service management:
Each engagement includes a named service lead responsible for delivery oversight, escalation and coordination. Progress is tracked through agreed reporting and review points.

Change and assurance:
Change requests are managed through controlled processes, with impacts on time, cost and risk clearly assessed and agreed. Quality assurance and acceptance criteria are defined per service.
