Service scope

Service constraints
Salesforce provides three major automatic upgrades annually (Winter, Spring, Summer). These seasonal releases deliver new features and security enhancements with mandatory, backward-compatible updates. Additionally, maintenance releases (patches) occur every two weeks to address bugs and performance with minimal disruption.
Ziipline releases will be coordinated with your schedule to minimise disruption.
The Salesforce service is subject to Salesforce multi-tenant "governor limits" (e.g., API call limits, concurrent request limits).
Access to Salesforce requires a standard modern browser and a stable internet connection.
