- How the planning service works
- The DDaT methodology sees Prepare and Plan the first to phases of the overall migration project. The preparation and planning objectives are to fully understand the nature of the current environment, the desired state of the cloud environment, and any and all further contextually relevant information which helps us deliver a success migration into any public, private or hybrid cloud. Prepare and Plan will see specialist consultants become an extended part of your team, there to gather data for further processing, ultimately becoming artefacts the implementation, operate and optimize teams use to deliver the migration service.

- How the setup or migration service works
- DDaT has a proven methodology for helping our customers migrate from legacy environments into private, public or hybrid cloud. Our consultants used a phased approach using the PPDIOO framework: -Prepare -Plan -Design -Implement -Operate -Optimize. Each phase can be viewed as an independent workstream, the one before informing the next to ensure not only a successful migration, but ultimately an optimal in service cloud platform. Each phase will include the right mix of specialist consultants to run, inform and action the project. At each stage, we consult and inform your business in preparation for the handover of the migrated cloud platform in daily service - a vital success factor.
