Our core CMS platforms are already extensively tested and additional configuration work by us is also rigorously checked:
Automated testing (using Ghost inspector, Selenium) is used to supplement unit testing and check that systems work well. Manual testing is also performed as needed.
We can also perform load testing to agreed traffic levels, for instance using Load Impact.

Support plans are operated using tickets, with various costing options available (see below).
Each ‘ticket’ covers up to one hour (for instance, 2.5 hours is three tickets) and tickets are valid for one year (after which they expire).
You can always ring us or email with any critical requests but for normal support issues we use Trello, and a Google ‘sheet’ so you can keep an eye on ticket usage.
Ticket costs are arranged in bands - with economies of scale:
(1) £7k – under £12k: £140/ ticket. (2) £12k – under £20k: £130 / ticket. (3) £20k – under £50k: £125 / ticket. (4) £50k and over: £120 / ticket.
We typically provide support in work hours (see above for response times) - this is open to change by mutual agreement.
