Led by our highly experienced Data Advisory team and supported by our experts in Data Engineering, Data Visualisation and Data Science as needed, we collaborate with stakeholders in your organisation to capture your real business needs and quickly assess the feasibility of each major theme. This forms the basis of the roadmap and plan, including a recommended cloud or hybrid architecture. ; ; Our Advisory Consultants also define processes to ensure the plan implementation is successful and benefits are realised ongoing, for example to ensure your data is accurate and consistent through the definition of a clear target operating model including data governance and stewardship roles. Recent examples of doing this include with a major hospital and a former nationalised manufacturing group as well as a number of large commercial organisations. ; ; Our architectures consider cloud security and cost models as well as providing outcomes that business users love and hence use daily. For example: ; 1) We offer interactive, small-group training with a live trainer in the principles of data warehouse design. This does not require any specific software, will help you ensure your data model meets the needs of your business users and that it makes sense to them, so they will willingly use it and it will provide benefit. ; 2) We can also provide training organisation-wide on how to ensure data privacy compliance while maximising use of your organisation's data. This is via an e-learning platform and access can be maintained for extended periods via a subscription. ; 3) As part of our advisory work we also undertake target operating model definition, and this often means we carry out a training needs analysis to identify the skills gaps you face in each specific future role. We then advise what training is need by role, consolidate across all roles, and propose a training plan. We are clear with you which training we will deliver ourselves and how to cover any we are unable to provide.

• How the setup or migration service works: The scope and plan for migration will have been defined during the planning phase, including a target cloud data architecture with automated processes to ensure ongoing data quality. We are happy to use your preferred platform and we can also bring our own accelerated migration tool, ROSIE. ; ROSIE decreases the time and effort taken to migrate to cloud and has the additional benefit of avoiding the need to learn new programming languages for cloud data management. ROSIE enables your existing staff to migrate to cloud working based on their existing skills in SQL and so this greatly increases your ability to benefit from you existing, internal staff on the migration team. This greatly reduces the overall time taken and the cost to migrate. ; ; ROSIE DQ is an additional module that enables quicker identification of data quality problems and enables easier fixing. Ongoing, once live on the cloud, ROSIE can be used as the basis of your new cloud-based data warehouse, greatly reducing the learning curve for your staff. Because there is no proprietary code, ROSIE also makes any future cloud to cloud migration much simpler.

Benefits of ROSIE Test include: The testing process and results are made visible and auditable and are written to a structured database. Execution of testing is around twice as fast as hand-written testing. ROSIE Test leads to less reliance on any single person, this helps ensure testing is comprehensive and makes it easier to identify the source of a problem.
