Our role is to facilitate a smooth transition to the cloud or between cloud services. We do this by assessing your companies infrastructure, applications & data to formulate a tailored migration strategy. This will involve selecting the most appropriate cloud solution based on your current infrastructure and growth requirements.
Once agreed, our Project engineers will begin the migration process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. They will handle tasks suchs as data migration, application re-platforming and network configuration to fully optimise performance in the cloud environment. Throughout the migration, they will prioritise data security and compliance, implementing best in class security measures to ensure compliance requirements are met.
Post-Migration Support services are offered to manage the environment post deployment up to 24/7/365.

This process starts with our detailed Technical Discovery where all business limitations, requirements & goals are assessed and documented ahead of a detailed Proposal which will include all required actions and time to ensure that performance benchmarks and quality metrics are met.
We would then advocate a proof of concept testing phase where a test environment is set-up to assess load testing, stress testing, security testing and user acceptance testing.
On formal approval of the above we will begin the full cloud migration project with weekly meeting to assess progress against clearly defined milestones.
Throughout the migration, testing and full deployment all elements will be clearly defined and documented to allow for successful ongoing management.
