- We work with our clients to understand their vision, requirements, and desired outcomes. We then jointly develop a roadmap which takes them from their current state to a sustainable, long term optimum solution (be it a full SaaS, PaaS or IaaS service delivery or combination thereof) which achieves the goals of the programme. We use our cross-government experience to make use of lessons learned to ensure that the delivery of cloud services is as quick and efficient as possible, whilst always being driven by client need design. Our project managers and technical team have experience in planning and implementing cloud solutions, using agile methodologies and tools (Kanban, Scrum, JIRA). We are able to highlight and prioritise key focus areas and dependencies that will allow smooth delivery within required timescales. We also have significant experience of working with multi-supplier deliveries and have proven processes for ensuring that we can work with all parties to ensure successful delivery. Through early engagement with key stakeholders, we jointly develop an appropriate plan to deliver against time, cost, and quality of the defined scope.
