The Cybit support team offer a 24/7 service to respond to alerts, take calls, make decisions and act to ensure that your services are operating effectively.Our support desk is ISO27001 certified, with a dedicated technical account manager aligned to every customer for technical escalation. Additional 24/7 technical escalation services is a premium service as is at cost: (£15,000 to £35,000 per annum)

The Cybit service also includes:

Tier-2 Support - means security engineering specialists( such as cloud support engineers) to identify most DDoS attack incidents, apply mitigations, and fully manage an attack with the customer.

Tier-3 Support - means involvement of engineering specialists to identify and verify all DDoS attack incidents and begin mitigation.

- 99.999% Uptime. Periods caused by Special Unavailability are not included in this SLA.
- 99.999% Uptime describes the Silverline DDoS Network as being available to provide Silverline DDoS Protection Services.
- Time to Notify (15 minutes) - Customer must have current Silverline Always-On or Router Monitoring service subscription.
- Time to Mitigate (15 minutes) “Time to Mitigation” for:
Always Available Silverline DDoS Protection Services, means the elapsed amount of time beginning when Customer’s traffic begins transiting the Silverline DDoS Network and ending when the first mitigation is applied.
Always On Silverline DDoS Protection Services, means the elapsed amount of time beginning when a DDoS alert has been generated and recorded in the F5 User Portal and ending when the first mitigation is applied.

SLA Monitoring
- SLA monitoring is achieved by tools used by the F5 Silverline Security Operations Center (SOC).
- Authorization to Mitigate. Customer inherently consents to F5 performing mitigation actions on Customer’s traffic when transiting the Silverline DDoS Network.
Service Credits are entitled during service outages (on the part of F5). Any Service Credit shall be applied as an extension in days to the current Service Term for affected Silverline DDoS Protection Services.
