- How the planning service works
-
PRODYNA’s planning approach for its FinOps consulting service begins with a thorough evaluation of the client's existing cloud expenditure. This assessment entails scrutinising current spending patterns and identifying areas for potential cost optimisation. Subsequently, PRODYNA collaborates closely with the client to formulate a bespoke FinOps strategy that harmonises with their unique business goals and operational requirements.
During implementation, PRODYNA integrates FinOps methodologies seamlessly into the client's workflows, ensuring smooth adoption and alignment with existing processes. Moreover, the company provides comprehensive training sessions to equip the client's teams with the requisite knowledge and skills in FinOps best practices.
As part of the implementation phase, PRODYNA also deploys robust monitoring tools to track spending in real-time, enabling proactive cost management and resource allocation.
Continuous optimisation remains a cornerstone of PRODYNA's approach, as the company continually monitors and analyses cloud usage to identify further opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency improvements. This ongoing support ensures that the client's cloud operations remain aligned with evolving business needs and industry best practices.
In essence, PRODYNA's planning methodology revolves around delivering tailored FinOps solutions that not only address current spending challenges but also pave the way for sustained financial efficiency and operational excellence in the cloud. - Planning service works with specific services

PRODYNA's approach to training in FinOps best practices is meticulously designed to empower client teams with the knowledge and skills essential for effective cloud cost management. Beginning with a comprehensive understanding of the client's specific requirements and existing capabilities, our training methodology is customised to address their unique needs and challenges.
We employ a combination of interactive workshops, practical exercises, and real-world case studies to facilitate active learning and engagement. These sessions are led by experienced FinOps experts who not only impart theoretical knowledge but also offer practical insights gleaned from their extensive industry experience.
Furthermore, our training programmes are structured to cater to diverse audiences within the client organisation, ranging from technical teams responsible for cloud infrastructure to finance professionals tasked with budgeting and cost control. This holistic approach ensures that all relevant stakeholders are equipped with the requisite competencies to contribute effectively to the FinOps process.
Lastly, our training is not a one-off event but rather an ongoing endeavour to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the client organisation. We provide access to supplementary resources, online tutorials, and periodic refresher courses to reinforce learning and keep teams abreast of the latest developments in FinOps practices. - Training is tied to specific services
