Service scope

Service constraints
Remote delivery by default (onsite available by agreement).

Requires appropriate platform access (read-only where possible; elevated only for changes).

Requires access to key stakeholders for workshops, approvals, and operational alignment.

Requires access to relevant telemetry sources and log retention for alerting and analysis.

Outcomes depend on access granted, evidence quality, and system integration readiness.

Limited logging, retention, or tool access may reduce detection effectiveness.

Implementation support requires buyer change control, approvals, testing windows, and rollback plans.

Scope is limited to agreed systems and tooling; additions require formal scope change.
