MyConsole shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to make the Services available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week, except for:
1. Planned maintenance carried out during the maintenance window of 22:00 to 02:00 UK time; and
2. Unscheduled maintenance performed outside Normal Business Hours, provided that myConsole has used reasonable endeavours to give the Clients at least four (4) Normal Business Hours’ notice in advance.

What users can and can't do using the API
MyConsole provides a Public REST API with a predetermined handshake token for individual customers to integrate data import from their current applications to myConsole.
This will mostly be used to get the external identifiers, update the actual commercial details and project feedback from other systems used in the Project Execution phase.
The following approach will be used:
Customers who wish to integrate the public API of myConsole to raise the request with the team and receive the unique API key (handshake token) to be used when making the API calls.
myConsole team will generate a unique key for each customer and validate all API requests to ensure that they are made from the authorised application at the customer’s end.
The key identifiers along with other inputs outlined in the API are to be provided.
The API will return an acknowledgement indicating the success or failure of the request.

Our system allows concurrent usage by multiple users with each customer having their own data instance.
As each user pays for the number of the users requiring the use of the instance, it cannot occur.
