End-of-contract data extraction
In most scenarios customers will simply connect to their own data directly from their mobile devices through capabilities enabled by the Jigx platform. We do not store or cache this data in any form.

It is possible to use “Jigx data” as a database in which case data can be exported in CSV or other common format.

If the Jigx authentication provider is used we can supply a CSV export or users and users are designed to be “forgotten” on delete.
End-of-contract process
Jigx is licensed on a user basis. Included in the price of the contract are the following capabilities

• An extension to Visual Studio Code to enable building of Jigx applications
• NOTE: Visual Studio code is available as a free public download
• Access to the Jigx cloud platform to deploy and manage application and solutions
• A native Jigx app where you can deploy your applications for end user access
• Ability to deploy Jigx applications as native IOS or Android applications.
• No limit on number of applications that you can deploy
• Out of box connectors to SQL, SQL Azure, Salesforce and REST based endpoints
• Access to all documentation and training
• Support and maintenance including upgrades of the Jigx platform
