What users can and can't do using the API
The Content APIs are separated into two categories: the Delivery API and the Management APIs.
The Delivery API provides endpoints that can be used by frontend applications to retrieve representations of channels, pages, and documents that are managed in Bloomreach Content.

The Delivery API is read-only and does not require authentication (outside the context of the Experience manager application's channel preview where this is handled transparently).

The Management APIs enable site developers to configure their Bloomreach Content environments. The following Management APIs are currently available:

Site Management API - The Site Management API enables developers to manage channel configurations through a set of endpoints for operations on channels, layouts, components, routes, and menus.
Content Type Management API - The Content Type Management API enables developers to manage content types in a running Bloomreach Content environment. A single endpoint is provided, via which a project’s content types can be created and updated.
Management APIs require a valid authorization token.

Tackling economic inequality

Tackling economic inequality

Technology has opened the door to prosperity, economic freedom, and higher standards of living for millions across the globe. But millions more have been unable to walk through that door. We recognise that all commerce is not created equal, and some of its benefits have not been realised by marginalised and underserved communities. We understand that modern commerce has created a wealth and opportunity gap and that the divide between rich and poor has never been bigger. Bloomreach strives to assist in closing that opportunity and economic gap. The whole is always equal to the sum of its parts. Every worker has a role to play in today’s modern economy, and they have the right to play that role in a healthy, safe, and inclusive environment. We recognise that technology, robust growth, and surging demand has put undue strain on many workers - from warehouse pickers to packaging, shipping, and logistics specialists. We understand that every economy must put people before profit and that worker rights are human rights. Bloomreach stands with reform measures that create happy, healthy work environments for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual identity.
Equal opportunity

Equal opportunity

Bloomreach is powered by a diverse team of people around the world. The different experiences and perspectives each individual brings to our company are what allow us to build, innovate, and dream without limits. As an Equal Opportunity Employer, everyday we commit to leading with our values by creating an inclusive work environment — one where everyone knows they belong. Our commitment to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace is not a single statement, but an ongoing promise, and as Bloomreach continues to grow we will remain dedicated to listening, learning, and challenging ourselves to be better.

Bloomreach cares about the mental wellbeing as much as physical health and professional growth. We work in a fast-paced industry with hard-working, ambitious people. This pressure on performance sometimes leads us to forget about our emotional and mental health. Bloomreach offers support in various ways to make sure our employees are looked after. The main ways are Employee Assistance Program; it gives all Bloomreachers the opportunity to access psychological help and counseling from trained mental health professionals. For work-related issues and professional development, you can reach out to our Resident Coach. We offer sport subscriptions and the Calm app for meditation. This is next to additional 'Disconnect' days, extended parental leave and volunteering time off.
