Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
Our training program is designed to maximize flexibility and effectiveness. Participants can engage through their preferred video platform, ensuring that each can learn in a familiar and comfortable setting. The initial training will be delivered online, with comprehensive support and guidance provided by our experienced instructors.

Throughout the duration of the contract, we will continue to offer additional training sessions. This ongoing support is aimed at reinforcing learning, introducing new skills as needed, and addressing any emerging challenges.

Additionally, we will provide a range of training documents. These resources are designed to support independent learning and can be accessed at any time, allowing participants to review and consolidate their knowledge at their own pace.

This dynamic approach ensures that all participants receive the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, with the flexibility to adapt to individual learning styles and schedules.

A final report summarising the collaboration and outcomes will also be provided, ensuring transparency and accountability. The price of the contract typically includes all the core services agreed upon at the outset, such as regular training sessions, access to all necessary software for the duration of the contract, and standard customer support. Not included in the base price are premium support options, additional on-demand training sessions beyond the standard provision, and specialized consulting services.
