Configuration and change management standard
Supplier-defined controls
Configuration and change management approach
FaultFixers' SDLC is an iterative, cross-functional process involving customer support, product, sales/marketing, and engineering. Feature ideas and bugs flow from customer and sales input into a structured product strategy phase, followed by refinement, design, and prioritisation. Development follows a standard sequence of unit testing, implementation, QA testing, and release, with regular communication loops back to stakeholders to maintain alignment and ensure quality delivery.
Vulnerability management type
Supplier-defined controls
Vulnerability management approach
FaultFixers uses a structured vulnerability management process that includes continuous monitoring, regular security patching, and risk-based prioritisation. Critical vulnerabilities are addressed through a hotfix release process, and engineers are trained to assess risks during development, with high-risk issues escalated via defined procedures.
Protective monitoring type
Supplier-defined controls
Protective monitoring approach
FaultFixers employs layered protective monitoring through tools like AWS CloudWatch, Sentry, New Relic, and AWS WAF. This setup provides real-time infrastructure and application insights, performance thresholds, and alerting via Slack, enabling rapid detection, triage, and response to security and operational events.
Incident management type
Supplier-defined controls
Incident management approach
System issues such as bugs, downtime, or misconfigurations can be reported by customers via Intercom or detected through automated tools like StatusCake, Sentry, and CloudWatch. These are escalated internally via Slack, triaged by Customer Success and Engineering, and resolved based on severity. Customers are notified upon resolution as part of an automated communication flow.
