- WorkCloud Starter is a consulting assessment based solely on analysing customer-provided HPC logs. The service is delivered remotely and requires no installation, infrastructure access, or software deployment. UCit processes the data provided by the customer and does not retain it after project completion unless agreed otherwise. Findings are limited to the visibility offered by historical logs and interviews. Deep modelling, migration work, or detailed multi-scenario analyses are not included in the Starter scope and require separate service engagements through OCF HPC Services. Customer involvement is limited to a kick-off session, data sharing and a review meeting.

- Email support is included throughout the duration of the WorkCloud Starter engagement. UCit responds to clarification requests, data‑intake questions and report-related queries within standard business hours. Typical response time is within one business day, from Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (CET). Support is limited to the scope of the study and does not cover long-term assistance, ongoing monitoring or technical troubleshooting of customer systems. Additional follow-up or extended support must be contracted separately.

WorkCloud Starter includes a single support level appropriate for a fixed-scope consulting engagement. Support covers data intake, clarification questions during the analysis phase and the review session following delivery of the final report. All support is delivered remotely via email or scheduled calls.

• Addressing questions during the review meeting
Any additional or extended support, including assistance for HPC system operations, cloud deployments or post-study implementation actions can be contracted separately under OCF HPC Services.
