Tenacium will apply its Just Enough Enterprise Architecture (JEEA) model to deploy skilled resources at the planning stage to help articulate the vision, evidence-based benefits, target architecture and associated deliverables by working alongside key stakeholders.
This will be followed by an in-depth planning activity that will draw out the details on how the expected outcomes will be delivered. Requirements will be documented and aligned with the vision and tracked at each stage to ensure deliverables match them.
