Service scope

Service constraints
Most work is delivered remotely, with on‑site attendance available when required and subject to consultant availability and location restrictions. Customers must provide timely access to relevant cloud environments, documentation, and stakeholders to support assessments, design activities, and security reviews. Certain tasks may require administrative or privileged access granted by the customer. Work involving higher security classifications may require additional government clearances and extended lead times. Some recommendations may rely on third‑party security tools or licences that the customer must procure separately. Service scheduling is dependent on agreed timelines and resource availability.
