End-of-contract data extraction
Customers have full control to export and delete their data from within in the platform.

Almost all customers choose to renew their contract with Zelt. At this stage we will mutually renegotiate the contract. However, if in the case a customer wishes not to renew their contract with Zelt, as mentioned previously, all data can be exported and deleted from the platform by the customer directly. Zelt will also provided support through our support channels to help answer any questions that customers might have when
