Customers looking to migrate to Anaplan are typically either migrating from an outdated Planning and Analytics tool or from spreadsheets. In either case we have a three step approach. Firstly, the existing solution is examined in terms of data, process and functionality. Secondly, we explore shortcomings of the current solution and the benefits sought from Anaplan. Thirdly, we provide an Anaplan solution that delivers the enhanced data, process and functionality, along with tools to enable the migration of key data from the old solutions to Anaplan. We plan this carefully to ensure that normal business operations are not impacted and switching over to Anaplan is seamless.

Testing typically includes data reconciliation, functional unit and integration testing, and acceptance testing performed by representative end users. How the support service works
Being SaaS, the Anaplan platform is supported by Anaplan itself. Customers need to make arrangements, however, to support the applications they have developed on the platform. Anaplan is designed to be simple to maintain and usually customers are able to perform the usual tasks associated with running a system (e.g. user management, task monitoring) themselves using the team managing the process in question. In those cases where that is not practicable, we are able to provide application support services for applications developed on the Anaplan platform.
