Lighting is motion sensitive and there for will automatically turn off within a certain time period of inactivity to ensure a reduction of energy consumption. We also operate a hybrid working model and offer a cycle to work scheme to all employees. We also partner with a ISO certified technology recycle programme to cut back on decommissioning of hardware such as laptops, monitors and keyboards. All air conditioning units are on timers to ensure they are turned off outside of working hours. We review all facilities and its partners to ensure we promote the use of environmentally friendly products, reducing impact and waste. We only use printing paper made solely from 100% waste papers and biomass steam with only 6% waste generated during production. Blue Angel and Ecolabel certified. We have also committed to green initiatives; clothes, battery, paper and waste recycling points and book swaps, as well as carbon sequestration initiatives via tree planting using agroforestry.Tackling economic inequality
