Long term archive (on Geo resilient Object Storage) and DR failover requirements can also be delivered as additional chargeable add-ons.

We utilise Customer Readiness Checklists and Acceptance Criteria to ensure a smooth on boarding takes place. Telent’s operational support teams are also briefed to enable Knowledge Transfer about your service. Once successfully on boarded, Telent’s 24/7/365 operational support and management will be active.
