This is the provisioning and deployment of one or more Posit products onto single VMs running on a cloud provider account over which Jumping Rivers has full control. This uses exclusively pre-defined infrastructure templates to ensure standardisation, efficiency and reproducibility of deployment across deployed client infrastructures.
Support & Maintenance is designed for optimal Posit environments and a follow on from our Posit deployments. We take full responsibility of the server(s) which includes maintenance and updates leaving you to continue with the data science. Plugging the gap for businesses without Linux / System experts in-house.
This service provides support days to a client that has an active Posit environment and would like to have Linux experts, Data Scientists Data Engineers and System Engineers available as a third-line support level. You can purchase days of support through-out 12-months alongside your Posit licence.
